A variety of techniques and tools will be incorporated into a seamless session to fit your goals for the massage, whether that is relaxation, recovery from training or relief for an acute injury. The practitioner can use a mix of: hot stones, cupping, deep tissue, trigger point work and Thai inspired stretching.
Prenatal Massage 90/120 min | $90, $135
Massage is a must for moms to be! Manual body work can help at any stage of the pregnancy. It can help alleviate swelling in extremities, low back pain, sciatica and helps prepare the body for birth in the third trimester. Not to mention the stress relief for overall health, high cortisol levels and improved sleep. This service is offered both face down and side lying with special pillow support- it's all up to mom's prefrence.
